Hold fees / deposit: If you would like to rent one of our properties we request a hold fee equal to or approximately one months rent. This payment ( hold fee) will take your new property off the market and secure it for you, please be advised that the hold fee you give us is non-refundable should you not move into the property or sign a lease. This is our Company policy, since we will not be showing your property any more and we will be turning down all future inquiries and potential new residents on this property. Once you sign your lease your hold fee will be credited to your lease as your deposit. We hope you understand. We are trying to run a business so if you change your mind and do not move in, we just lost valuable time and money.
Rents: Once you have made a rent payment on a property you are living in or are soon to be living in, please be advised these funds are non-refundable. This applies to all rent payments with or with out a signed lease agreement.
